Our Facility, Safety and Security

Each of our facilities employ industry leading security and protection technology including water, fire, intrusion and other related programs to support the long term stability of your records or data assets.
• Our fire-suppression system utilizes a fire suppression agent particularly suited for reducing damages to your records in the event of a fire. Additionally our fire suppression system is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Our agreement ensures regular patrols of the facility’s environs as well as the deployment of a rapid response team in the event of a fire. All activity within and around our facility is digitally recorded by one of our many high definition, vandal proof CCTV cameras. Access to our records facility is strictly controlled by way of smart cards and IP-based card readers. Employees are thoroughly screened and checked before being selected to work within our records facility.
